The main focus of the project is to analyze the current situation of the company, seeking to suggest improvements in its area of Logistics Management with a strong focus on optimizing processes. The company gave us full support for the elaboration and implementation of new projects, seeking to relate the different areas of the company to reach new levels of excellence. As a basis for carrying out this project, we had the support of theoretical and practical classes in the following study units: Integrated Logistics taught by professor Elaina Cristina Paina Venâncio, where we had the opportunity to learn about the different processes that occur within the company related to internal and external logistics /transportation, operations and inventory management.
