In this Integrated Project (IP) we will address some topics related to Management Accounting, such as the concept of Balanced Scorecard and Ebitda. We will go into the Perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard Method and demonstrate some of the indicators that can be used to assess the business situation according to each Perspective presented. As for the Ebitda concept, we will present its concept and then carry out the respective calculation based on the latest statements presented by the chosen company, which is Natura S.A.

Treating their concepts and the context of investments in different asset grades in order to be able to assess a possible threat of injury, and, thus being able to avoid or carry out the implementation of the risk response. One of the methods used to carry out risk management the SWOT Matrix, evaluating for example the Strengths and Threats.

Going a little deeper into each of these types of corporate restructuring, their concepts and applications. Thus evaluating the combination of businesses, such as AvoneNatura or Sadia and Perdigão, which were companies that experienced some of the situations that we will address.
