    The work aims to present the company CVC, showing its financial, economic and social positioning. In Fundamentals of Rights, emphasis is placed on the forms of society and taxation that CVC uses and also on the main labor laws. So that both the employee and the employer are aware of their rights. In Fundamentals of Accounting, the importance of the income statement, balance sheet, analysis of liquidity, indebtedness and profitability is highlighted, showing the situation that the company is
