    When we think of business management, the words success growth planning and development come to mind. We know it is not simple to build a company, but management brings us tools that facilitate this process, when used the path to success is easier and more likely to work. Based on the studies, the company chosen by the team was Auto Eléctrico and Auto Pecas Souza Lima Ltda. We opted for being a stabilized and traditional company in the city where it is located. We will address in this integrated project two tools of extreme importance to companies, whether big or small the key is to have a good management so that it works, they are: Budgetary management is the tool that allows us to analyze the results of the organization and compare what It was designed with what actually ran over a period of time, thus anticipating and correcting any issues that may arise that pose a risk to the organization. Strategic tax management This tool is extremely important for the entrepreneur to visualize the rates and amounts to be paid on taxes within the laws thus fulfilling their tax obligations, avoiding surprises such as interest payments on these taxes.
