    This Extension Project aims to present a consultancy Total Construtora, a company that operates in the field of civil construction, with the purpose of assisting the company in the solution of administrative problems and business units based on semester study units. Aiming to bring positive ideas on how to evolve strategically benefiting the company and its employees. The themes we will work on refer to administrative business fundamentals, including valuation, strategic positioning, customer and competitor analysis, and also one of the most important management tools which would be ''Mission, Vision and Values'', to define your business strategy.

    Our project aims to install the new company ZOOM Confecções in the city of Aguaí/SP. The company consists of making several models of clothing items in addition to having its own Designer to create new logos for customers who wish to have their own clothing brand. The development of this project relies on the study in the areas of: Strategic Management and Compliance, which has as its main focus the company's swot matrix and also all the required Marketing.
