    This article aims to analyze the inclusion of people with disabilities in the job market, with the purpose of proposing a project so that it can help the companies and make it easier for them to hire people with disabilities (PwD). According to the IBGE 2019, 8.4% of the population has a disability, people with disabilities (people with Disabilities) can be divided into three groups: physical, sensory (hearing and visual) and intellectual.
