    In a constantly evolving business landscape, it is crucial for organizations to adapt and innovate to remain competitive and sustainable. In the context of Casa Nicolau, a furniture retail company with 38 years of history and a team of 11 employees, all dedicated to the company for more than a decade, we realized the need for a cultural update. Although this company has built a solid foundation with values consolidated over the years, it is imperative that it adapts to the demands of the current market. This academic extension project, which focuses on the people management module, appears as a unique opportunity to help this company face contemporary challenges. The consultancy offered will not only allow the retention of existing talents, but also the recruitment of new professionals who share the interest in being part of this organization.

    As the main objective of this business consulting project, we intend, in a period of two years, provide for a 30% increase in revenue and help with health financial position of the company, in view of possible labor liabilities, which may harm the financial health of the corporation, in line with this we will use the tools studied in class in the subjects of General Accounting, to define the balance sheet and the Income Statement for the Year, Quantitative Methods and Applied Statistics, to we carry out the long-term operations of your labor liabilities and Corporate Finance with result indicators, linked to current margins. Accounting facts were collected and analyzed in order to put into practice our mission to support the Iracema Market, so that the company stands out even more in the niche that is inserted.

    The company UPPVIE, created less than a year ago, specializes in paid online ad traffic, on social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, among others. The purpose of the work is to help the company Uppvie to evolve and help it solve its problems, in favor of the knowledge of the participating students. Applying the lessons of Budget Management, which is a financial plan based on the expected income and expenses of a company over a period of time, and Strategic Tax Management, which studies tax and tax regimes having an enormous connection with the matter of Budget management. Igor de Oliveira Miguel is CMO of the company that provides paid traffic services, he has been working with clients from 10 companies spread across 8 states in Brazil.
