    The study units worked on this semester were Assessment of Performance, Selection and Retention of Talents, Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, Administration of Personnel and Labor Obligations, and Training and Development. All subjects were important for the development of the project, with based on the explanations of the teachers and the themes of each subject we were able to obtain various information from the Google company, theme of our project. For example the charges and salaries of the company is basically elaborated through annual surveys and percentages, with no job mapping, as it is a high standard company, using nomenclature and definition, but teamwork and leadership, being able to be this is one of its weaknesses, the candidate selection process is extremely rigid and high standard of professionals, having a high standard of training and support to its employees, using the Assessment and Performance tool for better vision of your employees and company, having the use of feedbacks.

    In this integrated project we will use as content the company where we created the Miami Ber, an American-style bar adapted in a container, which will have several environments outside to better serve our customer, relaxed environments with beanbags and lights, and a social environment with tables, chairs and the bar itself, and another totally for socializing with a dance floor and sofas for group gatherings. our work is based on our materials as we will do a deep market research to study our strengths and weaknesses, analyze our audiences and market in a more detailed, such as the best suppliers and competitors. We will be able to work on our product, improving it and looking for the best ways to present it, focusing on its core benefits, basic and expanded product, so we decide if our product will be a consumer product or an organizational product so we can see which is the best to suit our company, and thus bringing the appropriate attribution to our product.

    It is a project, a bar mounted in a container, the Miami Pub, located in São João da Boa Vista-SP, offering the best in entertainment and fun to customers. The new company is a LTDA - Limited Liability Business Society - belonging to a partnership between Maria Graziela Rodrigues Cabral, Rosimeire de Cássia Silva, Tamirez Gabriela Almeida Mattos and Thaís Lopes, all business students who intend to face this business together. The service to be provided will be the search for diversification of drinks, food and happy hour among friends. The target audience will be younger people, university students who live near Unifeob.

IN THE PROPOSAL, THE COMPANY WILL HAVE REFERENCE INSTRUMENTS TO ORGANIZE AND STRUCTURE A CONTINUOUS LEARNING PROCESS, DEVELOPED BY HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONALS.
