For an effective education using all these aspects, teachers are needed who are increasingly resilient, who are professionals willing to constantly seek knowledge, who value education not only cognitive but other forms of knowledge, make the body the main didactic material and value the art. .The cognitive issue is what is most valued not only in schools but also in society as a whole. And it is of paramount importance that we understand how the physical, the body, is essential as well as the cognitive.
