    The cultural and organizational knowledge of a company is relevant for the administrator to model or remodel its administration, in order to improve its performance, making the company competitive, thus raising the barriers to the entry of new competitors. The lack of preparation of company administrators and the consequent lack of technique in measuring the need for working capital is exposing the company to resort to the source of funds with high interest rates, facilitating the failure of the company.
