This research is extremely important, because the most important capital for organizations is human capital, which is translated into the capacity and possibilities that people add to the company. In this case, if communication between people is not studied, it is as if it is regressing, going in the opposite direction of evolution. The interest of this Project is to understand the importance of communication between leaders and followers, identifying how these people communicate, in what way the followers are interpreting what is passed on to them, that is, if the communication on the part of the leaders is occurring in a assertive. Subsequently, the communication problems existing in the organization will be identified, and then solutions will be proposed for the negative consequences that communication failures can generate, since, if improperly applied, it will directly affect the intended results, strategies, values and, in the very vision. from the company.
