    The purpose of this project is to elaborate a Human Resources Management Analysis for Daniel & Fernando Comércio de Hortifrúti, to evaluate the management of human relations in favor of the organization and employee objectives. Thus, based on the information gathered about the company, we highlight points to evaluate if some of the human resources practices are applied in its daily life.
