    For the development of this project we aimed to apply the contents of the five study units taught in this module which are: Legal aspects of business structuring, Labor liability management, Applied Statistics, Quantitative methods applied to business and Working Capital Management. Where the proposed challenge was to identify in any company three labor liabilities with the aid of the materials, and find the best way to manage them, so that the organization would not have future problems.

    The purpose of this project is to verify if there is the feasibility to undertake in the Art Shop of Play, in the municipality of Aguaí - SP. With the objective of creating a company from the construction of a Business Plan, our project has as its main feature the importance of good planning, market research, research, innovation and transparency, to ensure that the opening of this new venture is viable.
