Riviera Brides is a party clothing sales, rental and clothing company that is entering the market from now on, with the purpose of bringing its customers more convenience, comfort, sophistication and innovations in their purchases. It is located at Avenida Durval Nicolau, 1548 - Riviera District - São João da Boa Vista - SP. And has 9 employees, all with career paths and hired by following the CLT regime. Another purpose of this paper is to reflect on possible labor liabilities that could happen after hiring employees.
