    The main objective of this project is to assign information during a decision making. To make a decision is not enough to know what you want, but there must be some aspects, such as: analyze all the objectives and make a good assessment of it, and can also highlight a good planning between organizations and broaden the most important ideas during decision making. Knowing how to make decisions is the main function of a company manager, because there is no perfect decision, he will have to estimate his advantages and disadvantages always aiming at economic performance. This process involves identifying the problem as well as defining the criteria, analyzing, choosing alternatives and verifying the effectiveness of the decisions made.
