The current Integrated Project aims to address about entrepreneurship and also about the creation of a new venture, presenting research on the importance of the Business Plan for the start of a new company. This research was developed based on entrepreneurial management and strategic administration, as it is necessary to use to extract information and data. We began the research by defining the problem and starting with the planning, data collection, data preparation and analysis and presentation of results.

Our Integrated Project for this semester will have the following title as its main theme: ‘’ Communication between teams in the organizational context ’. In this unit of study, we will be addressing human behaviors within organizations, with that two topics were separated which are teamwork and difficulty to work as a team.

The current Integrated Project aims to address the LABOR LIABILITIES of employees, both on admission to their rights throughout their career in the company. Workers began to have their labor rights under the government of Getúlio Vargas on November 10, 1937 known as the beginning of the new state, where the first laws were incremented by the companies until the formation of the CLT, created by Decree Law No. 5,452, May 1, 1943.
