    The present work is based on the marketing diagnosis of a butter cookies company, located in the city of Andradas - Minas Gerais, where we will check the current situation and make a strategic planning so that the brand is very well recognized in this market, since besides broad, has a large number of competitors, especially in the region where it operates that is well known for the products of great quality.
