This is a consultation formulated by consultants Carlos Libório and Soraia Aparecida Dias Libório. As reported, these are residents of the city of Jaguaré, São Paulo. Mr. Carlos is a machine operator at the company AMBAR LTDA, located in Osasco, São Paulo, where he was involved in a strike, due to the salary adjustment not being carried out. Thus, the case was taken to the Regional Labor Court, where it decreed the salary readjustment, the increase of four hours a week, as well as considering the strike to be abusive.
