    It is possible to innovate in the production method by adopting an automated irrigation system, cutting out expenses with employees and avoiding the waste of water. To increase production it would be necessary to acquire a larger physical space for more seedlings. WE CAN IMPROVE Seedling QUALITY BY TRANSPORTING THE SAME UP TO YOUR FINAL DESTINATION TO PLANT IT TO AVOID LOSS. There is no way to produce faster, because the seedlings have their cycle, and it does not depend on human action. It would not be feasible to increase the price, since we have a price just above the competitors, because of the quality of the seedlings, which is higher than the competitors would be risked because we would lose a lot of customers. It would also not be feasible to sell cheaper, as it would not cover the costs of production. Nor would it be feasible to sell cheaper because it would not cover the cost of production. TO INCREASE SALES IT IS NECESSARY TO INVEST MIAS IN ADVERTISERS, DISCLOSING YOUR CHANGES AND EXPLAINING YOUR PRODUCT DIFFERENTIA

    In this project we had as objective to elaborate a labor liability management plan, presenting possible solutions to avoid the liabilities, as well as some ways of payment of them, without compromising the working capital of the company Supermercados Big Bom. We calculate the average liability in the company according to the number of employees. In the management of labor liabilities, we have seen which liabilities exist in the company, detailing the unlawful acts on the part of the company and presenting solutions for the respective liabilities. In the legal aspects of corporate structuring, we raised the procedures and documentation necessary to start a company such as the Big Bom Supermarket.
