Given the research of the company's general logistic framework, the need for improvements in the intercommunication factors between drivers and the company's headquarters was measured, especially in the engagement of technologies that can provide the location and organization of deliveries, which logically directly influences high levels. expenses in the commercial act. The main ideology would be to restructure the organization of deliveries, implementing technologies that make it possible to organize the delivery flow of products quickly and intelligently, minimizing excessive fuel and other expenses.
