    The scientific article that is now presented, covers contents of the Administration area, presenting the topic of Storage Logistics and Material Handling in Industry Farm Equipment Manufacturer. Study with the objective of presenting the execution of a development of the logistical procedure that optimizes the flow of materials, the qualified storage and the efficient and effective dispatch of parts and pieces of equipment, granting the satisfaction of the end customer, as a whole. The current scenario requires high performance in the area for all organizations, as it provides competitiveness, promoting the survival of organizations and enabling new opportunities for business, ensuring a position that offers security to those involved by the process and mainly safety for the consumer.

    The purpose of the work is to build a process improvement project from the company. Process Management enables the company Canal Business Way to respond diverse changes driven by globalization by directing and integrating the processes critical success in itself, the organizational structure of the company, the organization of work, the management of people, culture and values, among other dimensions, for the satisfaction of the final customer. Analyzing the data, information that the entrepreneurs passed on to us, we used all the learning content in the classes, and we put it into practice, developing techniques where the that was seen in the classroom, could be applied in a practical way in the company, consequently bringing new ideas, improvements, adjustments where those inside the organization could not to see.
