It is an important piece of legislation that seeks to encourage innovation in Brazilian organizations. The main objective of this project is to specifically analyze how this legislation positively impacts the innovation scenario at the Bauer company. With a management effective people, it is also possible to guarantee the quality of life of employees, in addition to good benefit management. The main objective, with this project, is to understand how people management happens at the Bauer company, show its importance within the organization and raise some points of improvement. This will be done, based on the disciplines studied throughout this semester: Performance Assessment, Talent Selection and Retention, Leadership and Coaching and Personal department.
