    According to surveys carried out, the work is being developed from the confirmation of Acute Myocardial Infarction – AMI to the patient Pedro. From examinations carried out on the patient, it is possible to observe a family of proteins found in skeletal and cardiac muscle fibers, the Troponins, which are biomarkers in the case of suspected AMI due to their cardiac specificity, the increase in preload and the decrease in diastolic perfusion time facilitates the degradation of troponin I, which may be related to the ischemia of the innermost layers of the myocardial wall. It is recommended to perform collections every 3 hours to confirm or not the case of AMI. And finally, myoglobin is a protein and biomarker providing the necessary oxygen for muscle contraction and normally myoglobin is not present in the bloodstream and is only released when there is some muscle injury.
