This integrated project aims to analyze the application of Law No. 11,196/2005, known as the Lei do Bem, at DONDA LOCAÇÃO E SERVIÇO LTDA, a company operating in the earthmoving and infrastructure sector. The study explores how the Law's tax incentives can be used to promote technological innovation, improve operational efficiency and reduce environmental impacts.

The present work aims to identify the main factors that lead to complaints in the company and the best ways to prevent them. Organizations need to realize that good management of labor liabilities is fundamental for the financial health of the company and its continuity in the labor market. It becomes necessary to understand your strengths and weaknesses in order to correct them and minimize such liabilities. Since directly, a labor liability can negatively impact the company. To meet the scope of this study, the following attempts were necessary: identify ways to prevent labor obligations; identify the main deficits of the company surveyed that give rise to labor claims. With the end of the data collection, an impact analysis will be carried out. economically in the corporate fund as a result of its labor liabilities and propose improvements to minimize these problems.

The purpose of creating this project is an elaborate proposal so that women feel safe regardless of where they are, having in the palm of their hands a solution so that in times of danger and when they feel threatened, at that disturbing hour every second account. The solution that this idea provides does not require many seconds to make a request for help.
