    To carry out this integrated project, the company 4Queen's was chosen. Beauty, which is part of the cosmetics retail trade, working only with vegan products, that is, products that are not tested on animals and that are developed with natural raw material, so that it does not harm the environment. This company was chosen because it is inserted in the field of cosmetic products, an area that has been growing and developing a lot in Brazil. This project aims to present three Labor Liabilities and the impact that they can generate in the company's Accounting and financial situation, as well as find ways to solve these liabilities and ways to manage them in the short and long term. long term. Initially, it will be explained how each of the chosen liabilities occurs, how they were generated and what are the solutions to solve them. After identification and resolution of liabilities, the value of each one and the impacts generated will be calculated. Finally, analyzes of some indicators will be made to identify the situation of the company in the face of this scenario.

The study units of Fundamentals of Accounting, Fundamentals of Administration, Fundamentals of Economics, Fundamentals of Finance and Fundamentals of Law will be addressed during the project, taught by the respective professors: Rodrigo Simão da Costa, Prof. Frederico Fargnoli Ribeiro, Prof. Gilberto Peixoto de Carvalho Filho, Prof. Renata E. de Alencar Marcondes and Prof. Joao Fernando Alves Palomo. In the Fundamentals of Accounting, Finance and Economics study units, the balance sheet and the income statement for the year of Burger King Brasil will be analyzed, bringing a study of the company's previous and current financial results, as well as a projection for the coming years. .

    In Module 07 of the Administration - Production Management course, the purpose of the work is the elaboration of a project for a new alignment of the organization of information and internal and external processes with Canal Business Way's customers (BW). The development of this, introduces the disciplines of this module, namely, Logistics Integrated Management, Strategic Cost Management, Production Administration and Projects and Processes. Modeling technical proposals will be presented to leverage the projects of the company, such as Flowchart which are steps that relate to each other, this mapping of processes that the company develops is an important strategy for improvement projects, being essential for the team to understand how the process currently works and to identify the next steps.
