    This Integrated Project aims to guide us in the development and study of mapping the labor liabilities of a company in the automotive sector, located in the city of São João da Boa Vista/SP, the concept and how to raise awareness in the organization to reduce labor liabilities, seeking to reduce costs and improve within the processes. The general objective is to seek and identify information regarding labor liabilities, thus getting to know the company, identifying the main causes that generate its labor liabilities and describing the practices of the personnel department, collecting data in the processes and preparing suggestions for improvements in internal processes to reduce the company's costs with labor liabilities. This study will show the values ​​generated by these liabilities, we will develop a quantitative calculation of the influence of liabilities within the company, managing to analyze the impact they caused within the company's financial statements (DRE and Balance Sheet) and calculate the value of the company's working capital. company and indicators of dry, immediate and current liquidity, showing the profit margin from the payment of liabilities.
