    Building a solid and credible workforce has become a difficulty for managers and CEOs, because with the evolution and emergence of new technologies, areas, operational processes and organizational dynamics, that rhetorical idea of ​​“team that is winning don't move”, doesn't work anymore. More than simply hiring yourself to just perform functions or tasks commonplace are already totally outdated content. Evolutions arise, are built, integrate and demand that their constituent links (either direct or indirect) accompany this new systemic projection.
