    In Module 07 of the Administration course – Logistics Management, the purpose of the interdisciplinary work (P.I.'s) is the construction of improvement projects in 01 (one) or more processes of a company. Process Management enables companies to respond to the various changes driven by globalization by directing and integrating the processes critical success in itself, the organizational structure of the company, the organization of work, the management of people, culture and values, among other dimensions, for customer satisfaction Final. To understand the processes of an organization, the student must understand the modeling techniques and, through performance measurements and rationalization methods of processes, evaluate and propose improvements in these systems.
