The idea of the project is that there is a ´storm of ideas´ using all the creativity without care too much about probability of achievement. The objective is more focused on the emergence of new businesses than actually doing it, but having the expectation that can come true. Many people can benefit from this project, as they would be able to visualize a business opportunity that can improve their lives, making them entrepreneurs of their own own business.

The main objective of the Business Consulting Project is to analyze particular company and assist it through a consultancy based on the information provided through administrative, economic, accounting and financial fundamentals. Thus proposing the company a better scenario on these fundamentals. Within the administrative foundations, the mission, vision and values of the company, in addition to carrying out an analysis of its customers, competitors and threats. next to these analyses, the evaluation of the structure will also be carried out. In the accounting scenario, there will be an analysis of the company's accounts, to deepen liquidity, profitability and indebtedness. With the collection of information carried out in these analyses, several accounting reports will be prepared. In the area of economics, a SWOT analysis will be prepared to identify strategies to address the organization's weaknesses and threats. In the context of finance, the company's equity information will be collected, exploring what your present resources are, and which ones are ready to be liquidated if there is a need.

The consultancy project carried out at the company Rancho Evolucion aimed to breed animals, specifically horses, in which their revenue and profits are calculated using the Profit regime. Presumed, where only one person is responsible for the company, located on the road São João da Boa Vista/ Águas da Prata km 135 in the municipality of São João da Boa Vista. And with the theme “Agribusiness Trends and Challenges” of the project in question, we look for the company’s main challenges, such as aspects of pests and diseases, technology and sustainability. Trends in which the company seeks to improve include the implementation of technology and traceability; use of bioinputs and sustainability.
