    In the first two months, in each unit of study, activities will be carried out related to the basic concepts needed to understand what Human Rights are and what their importance is. Teachers will make available in a virtual environment texts, videos and films that will be worked on in the classroom activities. In the second two months, team activities will be carried out with the specific theme of Human Rights in times of Pandemic, and its relationship with fundamental rights. The themes will be drawn and each team will have to seek the necessary information required by the Project for the elaboration of academic banners that will be exhibited on the determined date, an opportunity in which the teams will be evaluated. The aim of this project is to make the law student understand, effectively, what human rights are and why they are important.

    O presente relatório visa analisar a situação enfrentada pelo Sr. Mauro, motorista de aplicativo, o qual foi surpreendido com uma notificação de auto de infração por estar trabalhando irregularmente em virtude de uma recente legislação municipal que regulamenta o transporte individual de passageiros. Esclareceremos, a seguir, se essa notificação é válida, ou se, possuindo vícios, qual a medida cabível a ser tomada por Mauro. Além disso, verificaremos qual a relação entre o motorista e a empresa de aplicativo que intermedia a comunicação com os passageiros, examinando também se, caso os termos de uso da empresa forem abusivos, qual a justiça competente para julgar a demanda de Mauro.
