Process Management enables the company Canal Business Way to respond diverse changes driven by globalization by directing and integrating the processes critical success in itself, the organizational structure of the company, the organization of work, the management of people, culture and values, among other dimensions, for the satisfaction of the final customer. To start first, we must know a little more about Sustainability, the concept was first used in 1987 by the Norwegian minister Gro Bundtland. According to her, “sustainable development means being able to meet current demands without this jeopardizing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”
