Being the foundation of primary information, the study unit Advanced Accounting, brings us topics in which the way of evaluating an investment will be covered, considering the concepts of Cost Method, Fair Value and Equivalence Method. One of the analyzes to be carried out will also be the Cash Flow demonstrating the main cash inflows and outflows of the company's cash.

This work will refer to Showcolate, where the subjects to be covered will be general accounting, quantitative methods applied to business, labor liability management, applied statistics and corporate finance. The Showcolate organization currently has 25 employees, where they are well qualified so that they can produce sweets with the same quality and characteristics as Switzerland. To make a brief study in general accounting, the group will collect data to analyze the balance sheet and simulate what is considered in labor liabilities.

This article presents the importance of tax planning for small, medium and large companies. Tax planning is a set of strategies, actions and studies designed to reduce the tax burden of a company in a totally legal way. The objective is to demonstrate how relevant planning is for companies, since one of the main concerns of entrepreneurs is related to taxes. This document also brings the taxation regimes, where they directly interfere in the taxes to be collected, since, incorrectly calculated, they generate great financial impacts on institutions.
