    To carry out our work, we studied 5 subjects, each of which addresses a plot, but the union of all of them forms the complexity necessary to develop this project. The first subject we will work on is the Performance Evaluation, where we study the part of how the employee is evaluated, how he evaluates himself and the importance of carrying out this analysis. The employee as a key part of the organization needs to be evaluated, and constantly measured as are the results, the development, and the need for improvement, both of the leaders and their subordinates, it is extremely important to be carrying out constant evaluations in short cycles to obtain better results. .

    When the theme of the Interdisciplinary Project of this module is presented, which is diagnosis of marketing for a company, we started looking for a company that was interesting to work for, and in this the group decided to choose the company AREZZO&Co among those raised. We work to identify the products, product distribution, target market and segmentation, price base, how the company approaches and treats its customer, and how it performs the sales service to the consumer.     This article guides us on the importance of retaining talent within organizations, where ensuring that the company will keep good employees is extremely important for its future. In the text, concepts and tools used to evaluate the performance of employees will be presented, so that it makes it possible to raise the performance of employees in a degree of excellence, aiming at their main qualities, based on a case study that took place in the city of São João da Boa Vista, Sao Paulo. Methodologies adopted by companies qualified as the best companies to work for (GPTW) will also be described in the text. The result we intend to obtain with this document is to increase opportunities for employees within the organization they work for, making companies pay greater attention to those seeking professional development.
