    In order to carry out the integrated project proposed this semester, we chose the company Engaja, specialized in Business Consulting, as the object of study. For the development of the project, we used the knowledge acquired through the study units of the present module, they were: Performance evaluation, which is a tool used in organizations in the area of ​​People Management, its objective is to analyze the performance of the professional according to the activities that achieves, the goals set, the results achieved and its development potential. Personnel department where labor laws and calculations were studied, as well as the process of hiring a new employee. The Leadership and Coaching discipline whose objective was to diagnose and develop the company's need for training, learn how to develop skills in oneself and in other people. In Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, the objective was to create, conduct and direct a career plan, the relationship between position and salaries. And finally in the Talent Selection and Retention unit, where the purpose was to create a recruitment and selection process in the organization

    The project aims to analyze what are the strategies and forms of marketing that the chosen company works. The company Danone was chosen to carry out this work due to its strong brand and excellence in the way it does its marketing. In the study units, we put into practice, with Professor Fernanda Farnetane Blotta, the characteristics of the product, such as its description, levels, classification, attributes, pricing method, channels and the distribution and promotion models used. In Professor Marcelo Alexandre Correia da Silva's study unit, we can see how the four P's are used very efficiently, marketing evolution, branding and understanding of customer behavior. We can also analyze the macro environment related to Danone, such as external economic environment, demography of the host city, natural environment related to the company's surroundings, consumer culture, how technology changes the way the company communicates with customers and laws related to Danone's activities

    The following project aims to present the chosen company and analyze the existing proposals for its improvement, but we focus on a sector specific, Hortifruti from the company Pinduka Supermercados. Improvement methods and concepts learned and understood in the 7th module of administration, through five disciplines that will be encompassed and that resulted as follows: Integrated Logistics allows us to use all its concepts and tools for through an analysis of data in your supply chain. Project Management aims to analyze the entire system and functionality of the company to detect failures in these processes, so that through this study we can develop improvement projects. Production Administration will help us throughout the production process and will show all its steps. Process Management has a fundamental role in the work, as it will analyze the processes that exist today and will propose improvements. Strategic Cost Management this will give us the possibility to identify the costs existing in the sector under analysis and find, based on the improvements, the economic results that make it all balanced. In all the subjects discussed above, they helped in the elaboration of the project, it proposes improvements in the Hortifruti sector, with a high quality of products and with a very expressive number in the total sales of the store, the sector presents some failures to reduce losses, expenses and being of great importance an increase in the sale, being that the aspects go the other way, for example the loss and expense present

    The study of people management within companies is of great importance today, such knowledge and the same applied makes employees feel valued and consequently, they drive them to work for the company. Within this study there are several aspects that need to be worked on, such as training people. This job presents as objective to emphasize the importance of training in people management, its origin and applicability and what results this tool can generate. This is a study carried out based on the knowledge acquired in the subjects presented throughout the graduation of the Administration course and also through research in websites and books related to the topic. As a result of the research and the knowledge obtained, it was possible to prove that the training is valid in any company or organization and its results are positive for both parties, company and employees. It is therefore concluded that among the tools used in people management, training is extremely efficient and effective and by investing in people, who are primarily responsible for the production and execution of tasks in companies, this tool generates development within the company with the presentation of new skills and the growth of existing skills.
