This project aims to map and analyze labor liabilities, solve them and structure the company in such a way that these problems do not happen. This is possible through the knowledge acquired in Management classes of Labor Liabilities, Quantitative Methods Applied to Business, Statistics Applied, General Accounting and Corporate Finance. The company chosen was Vulpes LTDA, a fictitious organization created in the Project Integrated from the 3rd Administration module. Starting with the mapping and analysis of liabilities, they were put into lists three different liabilities, which were analyzed and their causes were identified. Subsequently, we found ways to solve them and took the appropriate measures so that they do not happen again in the company. Subsequently, an analysis was carried out with statistics of labor liabilities in relation to employees and the company. This allowed us to understand more deeply how labor liabilities are distributed across the organization and how she is being affected by them.

The Analysis of Labor Liabilities presented in this project demonstrates the sum of an employer's debts to workers, arising from failure to compliance with current legislation. Running a business requires good financial control to avoid indebtedness and difficulties that may hamper the continuity of activities. However, one one of the main problems faced by companies is the labor liabilities, which affect the entire planning. Labor liabilities can affect the company unexpectedly, bringing directly in the financial planning of the business. This can get in the way of new plans. investments, generate difficulties in meeting commitments and, in more aggressive, result in the closure of the company.

The CRM - Customer Relationship Management is a tool capable of sustaining customer loyalty, transmitting it as a new market vision, highlighting its differentiation through the relationship with its customers. This study aimed to understand the management of the relationship with the customer, and with specific objectives to demonstrate the result of the application of CRM in the organization. Analyzing all the data obtained, it is concluded that customer relationship management contributes as a dominant factor for the organization to have a competitive advantage in the market where it has achieved a significant result in its sales and improvement in the customer satisfaction index.

This scientific article aims to show the consequences left in the market by the pandemic of the new coronavirus that we are facing. Emphasizing mainly in digital commerce, known as E-Commerce. Showing the pre-pandemic situation that already showed growth and currently that by force of necessity it has increased even more. IT IS analyzed areas that grew the most and the main reasons. Furthermore, it is observed prediction that the future tends to move towards this new method of working. With this project we aim to show 3 labor liabilities of the company Click Geral LTDA and with that to develop and guide regarding labor liabilities From the definition of the concept that we worked with Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira, we were able to define, develop and solve the vacation liabilities, extras and nightly surcharge from Click Geral LTDA. In the course taught by Prof. Mariangela Martimbianco Santos, we performed the calculations based on the Selic rate for the period described to obtain the value individually and as a whole. Based on the discipline of Professor Renata Marcondes, we developed a quantitative calculation of the influence of liabilities within the company. Together with Professor Danilo Doval, we were able to analyze the impact they cause within the company's financial statements (DRE and Balance Sheet). And finally, together with Professor Dirceu Fernandes Batista, we saw the changes that were generated in ROI, EBITDA, Asset Turnover, Profit Margin from of the payment of liabilities. Afterwards, we were encouraged to create a resolution to these problems were developed and solved, to present how administrators the best way to prevent future problems like these three presented in this interdisciplinary project.

Because it is an innovative idea that is not yet implanted in the market, we decided to study in depth the possibilities to know if it is something that would have the approval of the public. We will study the strategies of the product and service, analyzing the market in which we are located, we will make a of price taking the competition as a base, we will analyze in depth the channels of communication seeking mechanisms to reach the customer in the best way and we will aim, mainly, in the development of the website and social network of the application.
