In this Integrated Project, we will analyze how risk management is essential for threats in development, managing risk is a process that requires caution being complex, applying management policies, procedures, practices oriented to realization of opportunity and the management of adverse effects that may give rise to variations in the ultimate goal. We will also show how the risk matrix helps for probability and impact that must be calculated, obtaining the result, thus showing in which decision fits better.

n this Integrated Project (IP) we will outline a research carried out within the positions, salaries and career plan through the company Magazine Luiza, and to determine the because it is a company that was appointed as one of the ten most innovative in the Latin America, by the reference magazine in American technology Fast Company. According to the GREAT PLACE TO WORK website (2022), the company Magazine Luiza was certified in the ranking of the best companies to work for in Brazil in 2021, through surveys prepared by Great Place To Work where 86% of employees from Magazine Luiza say the company is a great place to work. Still in this project, we will approach the themes related to the administration personnel and labor obligations, such as recruitment and selection as well as the return of selection process carried out by the company Magazine Luiza. According to the BACCELLI report (2021), the CEO of Magazine Luiza Frederico Trajano emphasizes the “recognition of our belief that people are the most important asset of a company, and of our culture, based on people who like of people”. And of course, we will discuss the importance of career management for the differential that every professional can perform in the way of acting and being proactive

We will approach in the world of marketing the analysis of scenarios and marketing planning as opportunities and threats that companies can have and also show the differential through the innovation that the company can obtain it.

In this Integrated Project (IP) we will show how public administration is great help to the public sector, showing how LOA (Law Annual Budget) and LDO (Budget Guidelines Law), how the process of developing a budget in the public sector and the Model Brazilian Budget, being complex and there are several techniques for its development, and the debate of each of these instruments mobilizes a great volume of specialists and consumes several hours of managers in the Executive and Legislative. All this to ensure better governance and prevent these same managers violate rules such as those listed in the Fiscal Responsibility Law, which can lead to the loss of mandates and even imprisonment.
