However, these alarming data are not restricted to Brazil, according to WHO statistics from 2019, they are part of the obesity picture of 2.3 billion people, so this can be characterized as a disease on a global scale (RICARD, 2019).

Thus, from the “Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale for Adults” (DASS-21), instrument used for data collection, it was possible to significantly identify the presence of these main factors mentioned later.
