    This work analyzes the Condomio Rural Canto Porto - Fazenda Santo Antonio, located in the city of Mogi Mirim- SP. The Farm has 132 employees, 68 in milking, carried out 3 times a day with a production of 30.5 liters/cow/day, with 43000 liters/day. With the expansion, the goal is to reach production of 92,000 liters/day by 2026.
