Our group aims to inform entrepreneurs of data that help them to improve their business, with emphasis on describing their company's PEC (break-even point), that is, its break-even point; that would be how much the company must invoice so that it has a profit or is at least without loss; also aiming at better inventory management, price changes, cost reduction, and greater control over its profit and the company's asset turnover, thus helping to expand its production and obtain positive results.

This project was carried out by students of the 3rd module of Accounting Sciences, whose objective is to analyze the Labor Liabilities of a particular company, what the impacts caused, and thus create solutions based on studies carried out by all units, which are: Labor Liabilities, Applied Statistics, Quantitative Methods Applied to Business, General Accounting and Corporate Finance. The company chosen, being it fictitious, is Padaria Real, which has 12 employees, where Labor Liabilities were created, which served as a basis for setting up all the analysis and calculations of the Integrated Project. In the Management of Labor Liabilities discipline, the Labor Liabilities that the organization has will be developed and presented, the amount that was defaulted by the company and we will propose some possible forms of solution and contingency.

For carry out the analysis of the most advantageous regime for an establishment in the sales segment of cement and hardware, the comparison between simulations carried out of the regimes will be used taxes based on real information. The main objective of the work is the projection of a demonstration of the result of the year, the company chosen was Banco Bradesco S.A. In the Fundamentals of Administration unit with Professor Frederico Fargnoli Ribeiro's participation was with the vision, mission and values, company strategy, competitors and customers and organizational chart. In the Fundamentals of Accounting unit with Professor Rodrigo Simão carried out the analysis of the balance sheet and the Income Statement of company and based on them we carry out an analysis of liquidity, indebtedness and the company profitability.

This work was prepared by students of the second module of the accounting sciences course at UNIFEOB, with sustainability as its theme, in which research was carried out at the company Contábil Baesso, in order to analyze sustainable practices in the business field, in the environment in that the company is inserted, what is the consequence of this for society, and how a company is able to unite both its economic development and the development of society as a whole, contributing to social development inside and outside the company and for the environmental development. Through this work, it is possible to notice how business actions can directly interfere through sustainable practices in the development of society, and how these actions can lead to a future with a better and more sustainable society and with more resources for its development
