To support and pursue the activities, we chose the company Candy Mindy, a manufacturer of sweets and confectionery with peanuts, located in the city of Aguai, São Paulo. In order to contribute and enrich studies in this area, tools that facilitate the identification, creation and implementation of planning from projects will be exposed, validating that it is possible to adapt an urban tool to the rural scope in a simplified and practical way providing competitive differential strategies.
