    The purpose of this paper is to know the performance of DELPHI AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS from the perspective of three different points regarding social and environmental responsibilities, to understand human behavior within the organization and the influence that the company imposes on the society around it. Thus, it is possible to understand the role that a company plays not only in the economic environment, but also directly in the life of the population.

    The objective of the Integrated Project was to obtain a social report of a given company considering the organizational diagnosis and showing how it relates to the society around it. In Scientific Methodology and Projects, the general rules and phases for the elaboration of a research project were understood, based on the importance of the reference to avoid plagiarism and to recognize the author's work, the differences of citations being Indirect and Direct and the diversification of the use of research. a review for a summary. Particularly it refers to the formatting and planning of a research project. Human Behavior in Organizations defines the way the company deals with its employees, representing the organizational role and how the company is facing the norms

    The purpose of the Interdisciplinary Project was to obtain a social report from the company we chose to do an analysis taking into consideration various aspects, how it relates to the society around it, its employees and its concern for the environment. The Human Behaviors in Organizations study unit assisted in conducting Organizational Diagnosis within the company, which identifies variations in business models and how it relates to its employees. The Scientific Methodology and Projects study unit was taught the formatting rules, research methods, direct and indirect citations, phases of research elaboration, and the use of review, summary and file.
