    The goal of this interdisciplinary project is to highlight integrated logistics processes by analyzing processes including supply chain structure, marketing mix, training, personal development, strategic cost management and financial analysis. Based on the study of these tools make the market analysis of the company to highlight and diagnose possible failures and assist in decision making at managerial and strategic level.
