This fact can occur due to problems such as lack of knowledge about internal processes, or lack of knowledge of the market in which it operates, or even the difficulty of generating customers that are at the same time profitable, demanding and loyal to the business style. As a result, an exclusive consulting methodology was created that helps companies to be in harmony with their internal processes and also to create products that will generate experience and connectivity with the end customer, be it a product or a service. This startup's mission is to help all companies become a reference in their market, bringing authority, using differentiation, growth3 and innovation techniques. Our main objective is to be able to add value to the BLT Horse Racing business, employing ideas with detailed planning and tools for capturing, automating processes and use of new tools for business analysis, focused on marketing digital, which is the company's main market.
