    In this work, the team will provide detailed information about the process of management in small rural properties and on risk management as a tool administration for companies. We will use this company because, in addition to being located in rural areas, it produces the product on the same land as the wine industry and trade. Founded in 2001 by the creator of the double pruning technique, Murillo de Albuquerque Regina and its partners, the Estrada Real winery was the pioneer in implementation of the technique.
