The present project sought to analyze the existing relationship between sustainability and business, questioning and bringing solutions about the dissemination of solar energy in Brazil, through a new technology, and how an organization, and all those who participate in it, can and should act with based on universal ethical principles in its relationships with internal and external customers, society and the environment.

Via Jardins is a private company that provides support to Renovias. Currently, the Renovias is one of the companies with a state government concession for maintenance and improvement of roads, providing the service of improving safety, signaling, conservation of paved roads, cleaning of road surroundings, primary support in emergencies and incidents such as fires around the roads that disturb drivers and among others. Due to the excess of responsibilities, Renovias outsources through contracts of 3 in 3 years, some functions. Here comes the support from Via Jardins, it has been providing services for 24 years responding to Renovias, such as mowing grass, clearing debris in accidents, collection of garbage around the roads, washing of signs, "cat's eyes", among others. others. It performs these services in 3 stretches of approximately 86 km.

The Integrated Project aims to present the company Magazine Luiza exposing its financial, economic and social disposition seen from different socioeconomic angles. In the Fundamentals of Administration study unit, the importance of a company's mission, vision, values and competitors is highlighted. How important it is to have a plan of the activities to be performed, to pass objectivity and trust to your customers. In the Fundamentals of Accounting study unit, evidence of how significant the balance sheet is together with the income statement for the year, we also find the analysis of liquidity and indebtedness, analysis of profitability and finally a conclusion on the financial analysis of the company evidencing its real organizational situation .

The fundamental proposal of this consultancy work is the application of the worked during the semester in a real company with pains and goals. During the meetings with the partners of the company Canal BW, the group identified some processes that can be optimized, and the focus of the group will be this, to apply our knowledge and propose to the company new models of more optimized processes. For the project to be executed with excellence, some steps were fundamental, such as get to know the company and the segment in which it operates through meetings and market research; diagnosis of the company's pain; current processes; tools and systems that help processes in the company; brainstorming with team members to survey the initial ideas; first validation with entrepreneurs to start the application; settings of some details validation with the teachers and mentor and finally the final structuring of the project.
