    Let's Go Action, the company chosen to develop this process, was created by the group members in the third module, the reason for the choice is that we are the entrepreneurs and this avoids copyright problems, but the main objective is that as it is a created company we were able to acquire a better experience and better learning. This project was designed with the aim of learning all the parts of a company within its work environment, whether external or internal, and thus understand the importance of each area and the role of consumers.

    The scientific article presents the revolutionary effects and the leverage in the scenario that the digital marketing provides, associated with innovation, in the import and export market. The surveys were developed with a focus on two large economic blocks that maintain a strong partnership relationship, which are the European Union and Mercosur, and how digital marketing can bring innovations to the foreign trade of these blocks.

    Ruby's Delivery, was the company chosen to carry out the project due to its small size, since that way we can see the company more clearly able to perform a good analysis. The objective of the project is to learn in a practical way each subject taught during the semester, using the subject Department personnel to verify that the activities carried out by the employees are in accordance with the CBO, check that payments are being paid in accordance with the CLT and identify and correct any deviations. The contribution of the subject Positions Salary and Career plan was to analyze, through job mapping, the functions that the employee exercise, identifying any deviation from function, proposing changes if necessary, whether with the leaders or the led. performance appraisal, the we use both personally and externally, its aim is to make we align the qualities of each employee with their functions to obtain a better performance of both employees and the company. Leadership and Coaching used to check how the leadership is in the company. Talent selection and retention is study unit will be used so that according to the company's market, it is selection of new employees.
