This integrated project aims to present the company MKM - Metais LTDA with concepts worked on throughout the second half of 2024, on the benefits of the Lei do Bem related to innovation in organizations. In recent decades, the world has undergone increasingly rapid changes, processes are created and extinguished every new day, more efficient software and hardware are developed, new technologies emerge, and therefore, innovation can no longer be an option for companies, but rather a duty, otherwise they will be surpassed by their competitors.

The present work aims to present the result of an analysis of the structure organizational work carried out by our group in the company Pack Bag created in 2011 with headquarters in Casa Branca-SP and another in Aguaí-SP, currently has more than 500 employees in both units The company has a market share of almost 20% of Big Bags of seeds being thus a reference in the seeding segment, thus becoming the most respected in the market. Today the company operates on 2 business fronts, one is the industrialization of Big Bags and the other is the manufacture of fabrics that are used in the Big Bag, thus being a company verticalized. The main objective is to design the income statement for the year of organization according to its economic and financial scenario, in addition to its structure of balance sheet, the result of the administrative evaluation will also be presented, including an effective strategic positioning for the company.

The creation of a new business demands a broad market study that involves the external and internal environments of an organization, such study must cover all the factors that, directly or indirectly, interfere in the development of the company, whether in the beginning or in its full functioning. In this new development study, we are primarily based on the lack of a sector in a given region and through this, we have developed a series of weightings and analyzes to prepare our business plan.

The present work aims to address Moral Harassment in the work environment, which is a global phenomenon that affects many workers from all over the world and has contributed to their personal lives. Through the unit of study, taught by Professor José Marcio Carioca, we understand that to be considered moral harassment it has to be practiced several times and it can come from either a supervisor or a co-worker.
