    The objective of this project is to carry out the projection of an income statement for the exercise in the press Itaú Unibanco S.A. They will be carried out throughout the project with the studies of fundamentals of administration, fundamentals of accounting, fundamentals of economics, Fundamentals of finance and Fundamentals of law, guided by the respective professors: Federico Fargnoli Ribeiro, Prof. Max Streicher Vallim, Prof. Gilberto Peixoto de Carvalho Filho, Prof. Renata E. de Alencar Marcondes and Prof. Joao Fernando Alves Palomo. In the Accounting, Economics and Finance study units, the balance sheet and income statement for the year of Itaú Unibanco S.A, thus bringing the previous and current financial results of the company, however a projection for the next 3 years. In Fundamentals of administration will be demonstrated the principles of the company well as mission, vision and values, also its organizational chart, bringing a broad vision of the company represents Finally, in Fundamentals of Law, information about the organization such as the method of taxation and the type of company.

    The present work has the objective of collecting information about the company UNIMED, addressing different topics, such as the socio-economic profile, which studies the relationship of the company's owners with employees and customers, social and environmental responsibility and the ethics presented by the company towards all those involved with it, knowing its limit and balance for the collective good. It also contains information about the sustainable part of the company, where through research in articles and websites, information was collected that shows the importance not only of the economic part of the business, it also aims at the impacts on the environment and sustainable actions provided for society. Finally, the human behavior part, where an organizational diagnosis will point out the worst and best points of the company and which of them can be worked on for a general improvement.
