Today the company operates on 2 business fronts, one is the industrialization of Big Bags and the other is the manufacture of fabrics that are used in the Big Bag, thus being a company verticalized. Through the unit of study, taught by Professor José Marcio Carioca, we understand that to be considered moral harassment it has to be practiced several times and it can come from either a supervisor or a co-worker.
