In the animal, general histology is obtained, which studies the characteristics, functions and properties of each tissue and the special histology whose study is associated with various tissues necessary for the constitution of an organ, studies its structure microscopic. It seeks to know and understand the way in which these other clustered sets work, being by their own resourcefulness and/or geared towards to its organs – where each one is responsible for a certain function, either for coating, protecting, curing or even serving as a "step" for cases where there is need for a reserve member.
